Membership fees paid to TrustEmpire.in are generally non-refundable once the application has been approved and member access has been granted. This policy reflects the significant cost of manual vetting, deal curation, and onboarding involved in every membership.
If a new member requests a refund within 7 calendar days of payment, and has not accessed any deal full-details, member introductions, or retreat bookings, a full refund will be considered at our discretion. Requests must be submitted to accounts@trustempire.in with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Name]".
Consultation fees (Strategy Call and Full Deal Review) are non-refundable once the session has been scheduled or the review process has commenced. If TrustEmpire.in cancels a scheduled consultation, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
All payments are processed by Razorpay. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to Razorpay's processing timelines.
